We stand behind the quality of our audiobook generation service. If you are not fully satisfied with the audio produced from your book, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase.

How it works

1. Try alternate takes: You can regenerate audio for individual paragraphs as many times as you like. Experiment with different settings to find the perfect cadence.
2. Still not happy? Contact us within seven days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.

One‑time refund limit

Each account is eligible for one satisfaction refund. We reserve the right to deny repeat refund requests made from the same user. If we detect widespread abuse, we may discontinue this guarantee at any time.
